As Tom Holland gets ready to battle himself in the box office, Comics World is gearing up to celebrate all things Spider-man this Saturday, 1 Aug 2026. The event will start from 12pm to 6pm and we have an array of activities lined up for everyone!
We have invited 3 local artists Edison Neo, Glen aka DesignDawg, Kang Jing and Kaizu to booth at the event and they are doing commissions, trading card art, selling prints and for some their kickstarter projects, etc! Eddy, York and many others might pop by as well..
There is also an open call for Cosplayers all over Singapore; as you are gearing up for your Spider-man: Brand New Day Premier event, swing by Comics World to farm auras or simply to share the joy of dressing up as everyone's favorite web slinger from any of the multi-verses out there. You might get your very own exclusive goodie bags filled with Spidey stuffs or we can let the public decide as there will be a Tiktok voting exercise on 1 Aug for everyone to cast their vote for their favourite SM Cosplayer.
For budding artists or established ones as well, CW will once again put up a communal mural for everyone to draw their fav version of Spider-man. It takes a village to raise a child, so I wonder which versions of SM will turn up at CW's communal wall. All are welcome, you need only to purchase any products during the event to leave your mark.
We will be having sales for Spider-man comics to the latest Marvel MTG Card covers, to Steve Dikto Art Book, to 1970s Comic Strips collection, to incentives comic covers, comic short boxes, $1 bins Spidey comics and many many more!
